How much does social media management cost?

Most of this industry will not put a number on a page. Here is ours, with the reasoning attached.

The short answer

Done-for-you social media management typically runs from a few hundred dollars a month at the low end to several thousand for a full-service agency. Ours is $599 to $999 a month depending on how many posts you want, with no setup fee and no contract. The number below is what you would actually pay, not a starting-from figure.

What we charge

Three tiers, one service. The only thing that changes between them is how much goes out each month.

$799 / month

$900 · 11% off while founding slots last

  • 45 posts a month, three every two days, all video
  • About a third built from your own job photos
  • First channel included, $50 each after

4 of 5 slots left at these rates

No startup costs

The two weeks of setup used to be billed. For these slots it is not. Month to month after that, no contract, and nobody will call you to talk you out of leaving.

What is in every tier

Every tier

  • Daily posting to every channel you run, scheduled and published for you
  • Video as the default format, not an upgrade
  • About a third of it built from your own job photos and footage
  • A rotation of formats so the feed never repeats itself
  • A person reading the results each month and adjusting
  • First channel included, every extra one at a flat rate

What the alternatives cost

The useful comparison is not against other agencies. It is against the five things a business actually does instead, which is what the homepage lays out and what most people are really choosing between.

Cheap tech automation$100+ a monthPrebuilt AI flows, no editorial control. You micro-manage it forever.

What actually drives the price

Volume, not complexity

The tiers differ by post count and nothing else. A roofer and a law firm on the same tier pay the same, because the work of making thirty good posts does not change much by industry once the engine is built.

Channels are close to free

The expensive part is making the thing. Once a video exists, putting it on a fourth platform costs minutes, which is why extra channels are a flat add rather than a multiplier on the whole bill.

Setup is real work that we stopped billing

The first two weeks are one person building your engine: your voice, your formats, your calendar. That used to be a separate line. For the founding slots it is not.

The rate moves as slots fill

These are founding rates and they are genuinely limited by how many accounts one person can set up at a time. When a block fills, the rate for the next one goes up.

Common questions

How much does social media management cost per month?
Across the market, anywhere from around a hundred dollars a month for a prebuilt automation tool to six thousand or more for a full-service agency. A dedicated in-house hire lands around four thousand once you count salary properly. Our tiers sit between the automation tools and the agencies, at a few hundred a month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first two weeks are one person building your content engine, which used to be billed separately. For the founding slots it is included.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, and nobody will call you to talk you out of leaving.
What does an extra channel cost?
The first channel is included in every tier and each additional one is a flat monthly add. Because the posts already exist, adding a channel multiplies your reach without multiplying the work, which is why it is priced as an add rather than as a second account.
Why is this cheaper than an agency?
Because the repeatable half is run by our engine rather than by junior staff. The taste decisions are made once, up front, by a person. The daily execution is the part that scales, and that is where agency pricing goes.
Do I need to provide the content?
No, though the accounts that perform best send us raw material. About a third of what we publish is typically built from your own job photos and footage, and the rest we make.
Which tier should I pick?
If you are starting from very little, the entry tier is enough to establish a cadence. If you already post and want to compete properly in your area, the middle tier is the one most businesses land on. The grader will tell you which of the five dimensions is costing you most, which usually answers this.
